Dinner and a bath

Here is Tory sitting at her new table, which looks a lot like a restaurant booth! This table used to belong to our friend Liz's family, and her boys were snacking on it when I first met them 5 years ago when they were 8 and 4! They are such big kids now, and they are great kids! They are really good with Tory....can you say, future babysitters??!! But look at how big Tory looks eating at a table on a chair! Of course, they are really tiny, but still! She does still spend the majority of meals in the highchair, as there is only so much mommy wants to clean up after a macaroni and cheese explosion!!!! See next picture!
Well, everyone likes to be clean! These days, Tory spends more time in the bath than anywhere else! Sometimes she needs to be dunked into warm water or hosed off in the yard after an especially messy meal! Ok, maybe not the hose....They say it's good for creativity to let babies play in their food...I think there is a good chance that this child will be very artistically talented!!!:)
